The mission of CTI is to encourage coaches, players, and fans worldwide to develop the gifts and passions they have been given to make the world a better place.

CTI understands the importance of being a coach and the influence that a coach possesses. A true leader is someone who knows how to take an individual's gifts and passions and not only maximize them for team success but also knows how to encourage that same individual to develop them and reach the NEXT LEVEL.

CTI's vision began in 2006 in South Korea and has now impacted 20 nations and counting and is a registered American 501c3 nonprofit organization.
